Alan Muir

Alan Muir is a senior software engineer and systems manager for CPOM at UCL. Alan joined CPOM in 2000. Alan develops and manages satellite radar altimetry processing software which supports CPOM’s work in polar science. In addition to this he also leads the systems management throughout the whole of CPOM.  At UCL’s Mullard Space Science Laboratory (MSSL), Alan is also the Lead Software Engineer for related ESA radar land ice altimetry projects for the CryoSat-2 and CRISTAL missions
