Lanqing Huang is a postdoctoral researcher at UCL. Lanqing began working with CPOM in January 2024. Her research focuses on leveraging Earth observation data and employing AI techniques to comprehend sea ice topography. The research being done by Lanqing aims to contribute valuable insights into the intersection of remote sensing, climate science, and machine learning.
Lanqing gained her PhD in telecommunications engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She then went on to become a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich which she had previously attended as a visiting PhD student studying remote sensing.
