Mira Adhikari is a PhD student in the Department of Geography, using the BISICLES ice sheet model to investigate the response of the Antarctic ice sheet to stratospheric aerosol geoengineering and carbon dioxide removal.
She completed her master’s at UCL in Climate Change and her undergraduate degree at the University of Bristol in Geography, including a year abroad in Seattle.
Thesis title: ‘The response of the Antarctic Ice Sheet to stratospheric aerosol injection and carbon dioxide removal’.
